This policy explains how Erendiz Garden Hotel handles data on the website and in the limited TikTok social publishing integration used by authorized hotel staff.

Website data

When you visit the website, technical server data such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information may be processed for security, troubleshooting and website delivery. Contact details are processed only when you send them to us, for example by email, phone, WhatsApp or booking request.

TikTok social publishing integration

The TikTok integration is intended for authorized Erendiz staff workflows. It may request basic TikTok account information needed for authorization and may upload hotel-approved media as TikTok drafts. The requested TikTok permissions are limited to the features needed for that workflow, such as basic user information and draft video upload.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the TikTok integration to access unrelated TikTok account activity. We do not publish guest images, employee images or third-party content through official hotel channels without appropriate review and permission.

Storage and security

Access tokens and integration credentials must be handled only in protected operational systems and must not be published in source code, public pages or social captions. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes.

Processors and third-party services

Website hosting, booking services, communication providers and social platforms may process data as separate providers or processors depending on the interaction. TikTok processes data according to its own terms and privacy notices when you authorize or use TikTok features.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. We handle requests according to applicable data protection rules, including KVKK and GDPR where relevant.

Google Analytics – only with your consent

The controller is Erendiz Insaat Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi (contact: info@erendiz.com; address in the legal notice). If you choose “Allow analytics”, we load Google Analytics to measure page views and clicks to booking, WhatsApp, telephone or email. The legal basis is your consent where the GDPR applies. Declining does not affect the website or booking.

Google receives technical device and connection data and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Our measurement code sends no form contents, booking details or full contact links. Page addresses exclude query parameters and fragments; referrers are reduced to their origin. Only predefined campaign values are allowed. Advertising storage, personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. A booking click is not a confirmed reservation.

Your choice is saved locally for 180 days. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. The existing Analytics account retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new activity resets the user-data period. These limits do not apply to aggregated standard reports.

You can withdraw consent for the future at any time using “Analytics settings” at the foot of the page. Our measurement code then stops and removes its analytics cookies. Google may process data outside Türkiye, including in the USA. Google provides further information about the service and data processing.
