Ask about an introductory stay. We confirm suitable accommodation, duration and terms individually. The monthly living examples do not automatically apply to short stays.
Is there a minimum stay?
The price document specifies an annual subscription for the mandatory service package. Winter stays and shorter visits therefore need a separately confirmed offer.
Does every apartment have a kitchen and step-free access?
Facilities and accessibility depend on the specific apartment. Please tell us your requirements for the kitchen, steps, bathroom and space to move around. We cannot make a general accessibility guarantee.
How often are cleaning and laundry provided?
Cleaning and laundry are part of the described service package. Your offer specifies frequency, laundry allowance and any additional services.
Can I bring my pet?
Before reserving, please enquire with the type and size of your pet. We confirm acceptance, rules and any charges for your particular stay.
Who can help with health-related questions?
Within the agreed scope, we can help with arrangements such as an appointment or accompaniment in Kemer. Treatment, nursing and medical decisions remain with external professionals. The Living Club does not provide 24/7 supervision.
